Directions
Airports at Glasgow and Edinburgh offer plenty of connections both nationally and internationally. Car Hire is available from the major firms at both airports and in the city centres. Dundee Airport offers flights from London City airport.St Andrews does not have its own train station – visitors should get off at Leuchars station and travel into St Andrews either by bus or taxi. The journey time is approximately 10 minutes.
Terms and Conditions
- There is a strict non-smoking policy within all rooms and public areas of the house. Any breach is subject to a charge
- All rates include breakfast
- Check-in is between 1500 and 1800 unless prior arrangement. Check-out is 1000 prompt otherwise late fees may apply.
- All reservations are subject to a non-refundable deposit equal to the first two nights stay or 50% of the total payment depending on seasonality
- Cancellations must be made by email
- Cancellations within 60 days of arrival or failure to cancel – a charge equal to the remaining balance of the booking will be charged to the card used to secure the initial reservation
- Separate cancellation policies may apply to special events being held in St. Andrews, i.e. major Golf tournaments, graduation/fresher’s week, etc
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused by any act or omission, default or neglect of the guests or their representatives and will pay the Guesthouse on demand the amount required to make good or remedy any such damage and the costs of such recovery
- We respectfully remind you that any items or property brought into Annandale Guest House including valuables are brought in at your own risk. Annandale Guest House shall not be held responsible for any damage or loss of any property owned by the guest(s) or anyone connected to the guest(s).
- Sorry, no children under 16 years
- We do not allow pets
- We reserve the right to change terms and conditions at any time
- We recommend you purchase travel insurance to cover you in the event of cancellation(s)
